acc. to US standard ASME / ASTM with certification acc. to DIN EN 10204-3.1
Alloyed, heat-resistant sheets in grades SA387 Gr.11, SA387 Gr.12 and SA387 Gr.22 are certified to the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standard and are therefore subject to the latest regulations for the construction of pressure equipment and pressurised components. They are characterised by their high strength at high temperatures and, depending on the variety, can be used at temperatures of up to 600°C. The most suitable material will depend on the application, the place of use and the mechanical load to which the material will be exposed.
The acceptance test reports provide information on the chemical analysis, delivery condition, tension test and notched-bar impact-bending test.
Application areas Alloyed heat-resistant sheets US standard:
Power plant construction, container and apparatus construction, pressurised pipelines, flue gas desulphurisation plants, pressurised container construction, heat exchangers, boiler construction, converters, oil & gas
