The end of an era.

On 31.05., Klaus Gahlmann will leave the company and his role as Head of the Premium Steel department to embark on his well-earned retirement after almost 40 years of service. We would like to thank Klaus for his outstanding work and unforgettable contribution, and wish him health and happiness for
the future.

His responsibilities will be reassigned to Michael Halm, who will be an Authorised Representative of the company from 12.06.  

Helmut Borgmeier will also be leaving his role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

His role will be taken over by Klaus Gahlmann, who will continue to support our company in an advisory capacity.
